Some days are better than others, and April days can be pretty special. Whether Spring in the northern hemisphere or Autumn in the South, April days seem to hover between what was, what is, and what will be. There's a longing in the melody, and a joyous bridge - Life's hurdles and hopes alternating in our lives. Jabra Latham's arrangement with clarinet is beautifully evocative, and respectful, of what I was trying the achieve.
